The time for delivery depends on your location and your personal preference on how quickly you wish to receive your product. We offer free local delivery within Edmonton and area (details can be found in our Orders and Shipping Information or Terms and Conditions). We use Purolator services to deliver your order. At the time of completing your order on our website you will be asked to choose whether you wish the shipping to be express or regular, the rates and time will be displayed.
The shipping cost depends on the weight, size (length, width, height) of the packaged product, and customer’s shipping address. You may use below links from Purolator to calculate the approximate rate of your shipping:

All our lighting fixtures are certified with UL (Underwriters Laboratories of Canada) that comply with UL 1598 standard for Canada and the USA.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
All our lighting fixtures can be assembled by any person with average technical knowledge. Every product has assembly instructions.
The electrical installation of the chandelier or wall sconce needs to be done by a qualified and trained person with electrical qualification. We do recommend you invite a professional to complete the installation for you.
Parts broken during shipment:

if you find out that the package was damaged during the shipment, please follow the instructions on defective merchandise in our Terms and Conditions policy.
Parts broken during assembly or maintenance:

If you break a part during assembly or maintenance, take a photo of the broken piece and send us a photo of the damaged part by email to info@luxury-decor.ca along with the details of your order (invoice number, item name, date purchased, your name)
We will send you information about the price of the part including shipping price.
The replacement part will be sent to you once the payment is processed.

A deposit is taken for custom and special orders. It is usually 50% of the total cost of the merchandise that you agreed to. The deposit is non-refundable after it is processed.

No, our chandeliers and wall sconces are delivered without light bulbs.
