Parts broken during assembly or maintenance:
If you break a part during assembly or maintenance, take a photo of the broken piece and send us a photo of the damaged part by email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the details of your order (invoice number, item name, date purchased, your name)
We will send you information about the price of the part including shipping price.
The replacement part will be sent to you once the payment is processed.
