Special Order

We make special orders for you and work with you on your unique design and vision of the product. Once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice with items ordered and the estimated price. Once you confirm your order, we will process the order and your credit card will be charged a non-refundable 50% deposit. After your credit card is charged you may not cancel your order or change your order. If you wish to change your order, additional fees may be applied. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so in writing and the deposit of 50% will not be refunded. We will be able to store your merchandise up to 3 months of arrival at our warehouse at no extra charge as long as you have already paid in full for your order. After 3 months, a 5% per month storage fee will apply and you must pay the storage fee in full before we deliver your product(s).

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. All items offered on our website are for delivery in Canada and USA. Any shipments outside Canada and USA may be scheduled upon request.

We ship all products by Purolator. Once you place your order you may chose the method of delivery (Standard or Express) where applicable fees based on your address will be displayed. The cost of shipping will be added to the total, and invoice will outline those costs separately.

We offer local delivery (Edmonton, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, Devon, Beamont, Leduc, Nisku) for free except business to business purchases. Once you order is placed, we will contact you to schedule delivery at the most convenient time.

If you entered the address incorrectly and the shipment returned to us, we will charge you extra shipping fees for returned product(s) and if we have to re-ship product(s) because of an address error.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed when the address information is entered. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas and/or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

We only charge 5% GST as the company is operating in Edmonton, Alberta.
